During this tumultuous year we have all ridden the roller coaster along with countless others across the country. As I sit in my office with my daughter doing her home schooling in the next office, the reality of the moment and the change that this year has brought has been daunting but exciting at the same time. It's time for innovation, reflection and a deeper understanding of why we are here. Is our focus in the right places? Is our message reflected in the work we do and does it create a brand that we can stand behind? Does our internal team understand the impact they have on the clients operation and the world in general?

"It's time for innovation, reflection and a deeper understanding of why we are here."

When COVID-19 hit us, major decisions needed to be made. Do we shut down? Are we going to get locked out of our customers? Are they going to cancel? Will we have the work? Cashflow? All the things businesses face on a daily basis but amplified by timing and uncontrollable circumstances. Then, as we adapted, other challenges affecting our world projected our technology forward. It expanded our opportunities and brought our industry to the forefront of society yet again. Now the question is, are we ready for this change?

"The most important part of this equation was our company culture."

We were lucky enough to have an extended backlog of work that was going to continue and partners that were willing to work with us to innovate our technology to stay relevant during changing times. The employees willingness to continue on, keep up the effort and adjust to the circumstances that were upon us.

During this time, like many others, we sent our office staff home, sales learned to video chat their clients and our field techs continued on their day to day but with provisions for safety and a heightened since of what it means to make contact with our team and clients. I watched as our team grew closer together to face a challenge that would require change, adaptation, and innovation in every aspect of our business. In fact, our team was ready to thrive during a time when many integrators we heard about shut their doors for a period of time. I have been so motivated by this team and the efforts they put forth every day.

"I watched as our team grew closer together to face a challenge that would require change, adaptation, and innovation in every aspect of our business."

With all that has happened, we will see our company grow by nearly 40% this year and our services expand to include new technology such as temperature screening and capacity tracking. Coming through this experience we have not only adapted but gotten stronger. We know what works, we know what changes need to be made and we are sticking a strategic plan to continue our growth. Our team understands just how they affect our targets and overall production. We are not numbers here, we are members of a team and of a family.

"we will see our company grow by nearly 40% this year"

Today, we are launching a new website and marketing effort. We are expanding our service and installation teams, adding to our fleet and have culture standing behind us as our number one asset. We have a clear vision of where this company is going. While many have shuttered their businesses, many more have risen to become more resilient, more agile and ready for the next challenge this world will present.

"Bring it..."
