Installation & Service Manager
Jimmy is the Installation & Service Manager at Security Pros, where he leads installation and service teams with a hands-on, people-first approach focused on quality, accountability, and exceptional customer experience. Now in his eighth year with the company, Jimmy brings a deep understanding of field operations, having grown through nearly every role within the organization.
In his current role, Jimmy is responsible for overseeing daily installation and service operations, supporting and developing technicians, improving processes, and ensuring work is completed right the first time. His leadership style is rooted in service, consistency, and a strong commitment to both customers and teammates.
Outside of work, Jimmy enjoys spending time with his wife, Heather, and their family. He is deeply involved in the community, particularly youth sports, having coached 8th Grade Girls Basketball at Henryville since 2015. He also serves as Chairman of the Henryville Hornets Foundation and remains active with local organizations through Spin-A-Round Sound Productions.
A servant leader at heart, Jimmy finds the greatest fulfillment in helping others and giving back to the community he calls home.
