Chelsey Hester is a people-first leader who believes in the power of strong relationships and hard work. At Security Pros, she’s spent over a decade helping shape a company culture built on trust, accountability, and a shared sense of purpose.

Chelsey began her career in the finance world but found her way into the security industry in 2012. Since then, she’s held a wide range of roles that have given her a deep understanding of the business from the inside out. What drew her to the industry and what keeps her inspired, is the chance to make a real difference in the lives of customers, employees, and the communities they serve.

From the beginning it was always important to do work that matters and do it with people you believe in. She’s passionate about building cultures where people take ownership and grow into the best versions of themselves. She also values the role of hospitality. Not just as a practice but as a mindset. It comes in all forms and facets, whether it’s welcoming a new employee/client or people around a table, she believes that intentional care can transform your business, an individual and outcomes alike.

At the heart of it all is family. Chelsey is a proud wife and mom to three beautiful girls who make it a priority to live out her values both at home and at work. She and her family are active members at Graceland Church, where their faith is a steady foundation for how they live, lead and serve.
