By being exposed to this industry over the past 25 years and having the experiences and the challenges of bootstrapping a successful operation, it has only strengthened our resolve to go national.

I can say that growing up in the electronic security business has allowed me to gain the experience on how to lay the groundwork for a successful business operation. While the industry has been evolving very quickly in recent years, it's rooted in the basic concepts of people providing peace of mind and impactful systems for other people, and their businesses. I think our operation lends itself to this most basic of concepts and it's time to share that experience with others. Simple things like, working hard, developing strategic plans, and understanding the risks our clients face while providing solutions to solve real issues, is very rewarding. When a team is focused on improving the lives of those we serve it brings our work family closer together. We are very proud of our efforts to build a strong culture that reflects in our day to day execution.


As we look at our existing business we also want to provide a new challenge for our staff. We believe that everyone wants to continually improve and strive for a higher since of purpose. Our company should always be looking to grow as well. We want to continually be building leaders and to do so we must expect more of the company we have created. The decision to franchise our business is intended to provide career pathing for our hard working and dedicated team members.

Looking beyond our existing staff and locations we see an opportunity to help others make the most of their decision to work in this industry. We want to bring our experience to existing integrators that may be searching for a way to level up their operation and create a more proven & refined business operation. We have had many of the same struggles over the years and if we can help others avoid those challenges or help them to raise their expectations of what this type of business can become. I hope that we can help generational integrators future proof their businesses or expand their operation to meet their life and work goals.


Early in my career I had the opportunity to see the largest security companies in the world do things a certain way. I saw the good, I saw the bad. I saw what it means to climb a corporate ladder, and the positive and negative aspects of doing so. The past 13 years of running our business we have built a business, proven concepts, broken the company, rebuilt it, and overcame so many hardships. To say we are a seasoned team would be an understatement It's clear that there is very little we cannot anticipate for our franchisee's and the time is right for us to share what we have learned and gone through.

We plan to be very selective in our effort to bring on franchisees. This business is lucrative, rewarding and very much worth the effort it takes, but not everyone is ready. We know that with the right leaders we can develop markets throughout the country and internationally as well. Our existing operation has allowed us to work internationally, and with more and more national accounts. We plan to extend this to our franchisees and share the work for our clients. It will take focus, drive, and a tremendous amount of effort, but the groundwork is there for the right leaders to develop into the next generation of the Electronic Security Industry. I personally believe that not only will people come from other industries but I am expecting people from within this great industry will take notice and look to us to add some clarity to their business operation.


A very special thank you goes out to all those that have influenced me over the years and believed in our company and our people to secure what matters most to them and their way of life. Our journey in this life is filled with people that influence your decisions. I have been very fortunate to have some great leaders that believed in me and allowed me to fail carefully. I sincerely appreciate that opportunity and I thank you all, those that are still with us and those that have passed on and their families.


For those that are interested in what we are doing, we are looking for culture focused leaders that understand that their people are the way forward. Technology can be taught, but your ability to assemble the right team that puts the client first, is key to a successful Security Pros operation. The road will not be easy, and it will take more effort than you imagine but I can say from experience, that it is worth it. This industry has provided us a very rewarding career and a life for our family.
